Our principal investigators lead the research agenda, shaping the academic direction of the group. They are supported by doctoral researchers, who contribute with in-depth studies on financial and economic history.
The team is further strengthened by members on the administrative level, ensuring the smooth coordination of projects and events. Additionally, student assistants provide essential research and organizational support.
Fellows
CASFI welcomes fellows to contribute their expertise and perspectives. The aim is to foster a dynamic, global research community.Senior Fellows enrich the CAS with their specialized knowledge and collaborate on research projects and publications. Junior Fellows conduct research in Bonn, receiving guidance from Senior Fellows and PIs. Short-term Fellows & Virtual Fellows bring fresh insights through workshops and discussions. Virtual Fellows, though unable to visit Bonn long-term, actively contribute online.

Our research center thrives through close cooperation with individuals at Bonn University.
