The second workshop of the Center for Advanced Studies Finance & Inequality (CASFI) will take place on February 13–14, 2025, in Bonn. The event brings together researchers to explore historical and contemporary perspectives on financial markets, banking, and economic inequality. A highlight of the program is the keynote lecture by John D. Turner (Queen’s University Belfast), titled "The CEO: The Rise and Fall of Britain's Captains of Industry," which examines the evolving role of corporate leadership in British economic history.
